National Statistics Day Celebration 2021

On the occasion of National Statistics Day celebrated on 29th June, the Department of Statistics, Cotton University, proposes to host a special lecture on “Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) Index: the position of Assam vis-à-vis’ India” to be delivered by Mr Sushobhan Talukdar, Senior Statistical Officer, Ministry of Finance, Government of India, New Delhi. An alumnus of the department, he has been working on these lines for several years now and had been a part of NITI AYOG prior to his present posting.
